TRINITY COLLEGE STUDENT PROFILE FORM 2010

Welcome! Thank you for selecting Trinity as your first choice of college. In making College membership decisions, we require that Ontario high school students seeking a place at Trinity provide us with supplementary information about themselves by completing the Trinity College Student Profile. You must submit the Profile by the deadline you were given in your Profile notification e-mail/mailing.

Instructions:

Complete all fields in the Personal Information section, making certain that you have entered your Applicant Number correctly. For Applicant Number, please enter your 9-digit U of T Applicant Number found in your U of T acknowledgement letter, for example: 991234567.

Your answers to the questions may either be typed directly in the text boxes below each question, or cut and pasted in from an existing document.

Once you have filled in this form, click the Preview button to preview your answers. If you are not satisfied with your Profile after previewing it, you will be able to click the Make Corrections button and modify your answers.

Once you are satisfied with your answers, click the Submit button on the Preview page. This will submit your Profile. Once your Profile has been submitted you will no longer be able to make changes or additions to it. If the Submit button does not appear on the Preview page, then one or more of your answers is incomplete or too long. An error message explaining the problem will appear next to the answer in question. You must click the Make Corrections button and correct the problem before you can submit the Profile.
